The room was super dirty, the bathroom was even worse. The bed sheets were full of cigarette burns. The mattress had bed bugs that I was not aware of till my back and legs were bitten many times to the point I had to go to the hospital to be treated

I was very disappointed all I could smell was cat urine. I was afraid to take off my shoes because the floors were dirty. The bathroom was a new low for me. It looked like they sanded the tub and left it.

The place was cheap, and we had no problems with staff or neighbors. The TV was skewed and the color needed to be fixed but it worked no problem. There was plenty of space to keep our stuff comfortably. No fees for our dog and plenty of room for her to run around inside. Aside from someone locking their car every half hour no noise complaints either.

The exceptional service and attention the night staff gave us. She personally made sure that we were transferred to a room that we can work on, at least. the room was hardly acceptable, at best. but then again, we just have to make do of what is available at 3am (after traveling for 8 hours). The staff was apologetic with the whole setup, and I am very much aware that she is trying her very best (went above and beyond) to accommodate our needs. she deserves to be working at a much better place given her work ethics and dedication.

Nothing. Was not able to check in because the card I used to book the room was compromised and I had to order a new card. Check in person said they could only accept the card I used to book the reservation, so I was unable to check in. The good news was, this place was a dump and we found better lodging across the street.

That area awful people who live in , outside sidewalk lots of trash , dump furniture.. not clean Old mattress left on parking lots and near dumper nasty People who live in , they should not go in office start yell to front desk while customer stand there for room .. People who live in should not be yell or cuss front of customers That area , building look good but that sidewalk, trash, dumper and parking lots MUST Must EMPTY ON THE SIDEWALK FOR SAFETY Awful
